Who I am:
Hi there! My name is Aline, I am a Belgian-American, and I am a recent graduate from the University of Texas at Austin UX/UI Bootcamp. I am currently looking to switch from my current career as a Digital Client Advisor at Neiman Marcus Group to become a Junior UX/UI Designer with aspirations to grow into a Senior UX/UI Designer.
I believe design plays a massive role in society, and with a data-driven, creative eye, we can use user experience and interface to solve problems such as climate change and social injustices.
In my free time,
You can find me riding/competing in classical dressage at the stables, creating acrylic paintings for my business, The Acrylic Society, or spending time at my family home with our 2 Golden Retrievers. Travelling is also very important to me, as my partner and I both have families outside the USA, and we love to explore!
Additionally, I love building up my collections! This includes my rubber ducks, TokiDoki Unicorno figurines, crystals/gems, and luxury fashion pieces. My latest find includes a rare Hackmanite sphere, that is also UV reactive.
