A project coordinated with HKS Dallas, the studio was tasked with creating a satellite campus in Northwest Dallas highlighting the changing times within the education system. Through site research and demographic studies, the students have to identify the brand and mission of their university that they believe best suits the use of the site. The site is comprised of three existing buildings, some integrated with outdoor elements. The students will address concept, branding, building program, and interior architecture/design to address three focus areas commonly found in the higher education: community, health and wellness, and the future of education.
